A deep red colour with shades of violet is complimented by a distinct fruity aroma recalling red cherry intermingled with floral and vanilla notes. Body and structure are provided by sweet and soft tannins. A perfectly balanced wine with a lingering finish. This wine pairs preferably with all fatty fish such as salmon, also pizzas and pastas with meat-based sauces and red meat.
