Elegant semi-dry wine Pampas del Sur Vineyard's Expressions 
Torrontes is made from Torrontes grapes grown on alluvial soils in 
Tupungato. Harvest by hand in the first week of March in small boxes. At
the winery, the berries are destabilized and gently pressed. To 
preserve a fresh taste, the skin of the berries is frozen before 
fermentation. Fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled
temperature of 15 ° C and lasts 20 days. Before bottling, the wine is 
subjected to membrane filtration.
