Bouquet: Very aromatic, marked aroma of ripe grapes andnutmeg; with hint of sage, orange flower, peach and apricot.
 
Taste: Very full aromatic, delicately sweet, well-balancedacidity and perlage.
 
Recommended with: Cream cakes and pastries, desserts,excellent with fresh cheeses. Pleasant and thirst quenching at any time of theday.
 
Serving temperature: Very cool 6-8 ◦C.
